Dr. Skopic graduated with honors from Central Connecticut State University in 1998. He graduated from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. After graduating from UNECOM Dr. Skopic joined the US Navy and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA where he was named Resident of the Year for 2 years running in 2005 and 2006. He then went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology from National Capital Consortium in 2009. Dr. Skopic served as Staff Gastroenterologist at National Naval Medical Center Bethesda and Fort Belvoir Army Community Hospital until 2014. He returned to Connecticut and joined Connecticut Gastroenterology Associates, P.C. in 2014. Dr. Skopic is a Board Certified Gastroenterologist with offices in Manchester and Bloomfield.
